Hi there

Tomorrow (Sat) is the Mid Year reverse  course day. The field is full, but check with the office/starter if there is a gap. It is an 11.00am shotgun start, so the course is closed to any other 18 hole rounds. Even if you are not playing there is still a great social night to be had in the Club on Saturday night. There is a courtesy van operating.

The Men's 3 putt Club have put up an Ice Challenge at 4.00pm on Sat to raise money for Cancer. Bring some alternative clothes or the challenge might cost you double.

The best clubs salespeople are you, our members. Every opportunity you get promote the Club and membership. NZ golf are running a promotion through www.lovegolf.co.nz  If you introduce a new member you can win monthly prizes and the chance of playing, fares and accommodation at next years NZ Open pro-am day at Queenstown.

The good news and the bad!!!!. We are upgrading our golf programme DotGolf from Monday (21st). The new program is a combination of two we in the office operate, so combining them is the good news. The bad news is we won't be training Captains and computer volunteers in the short term. While we come to grips with the programme please ask us in the office to enter your competitions and print results. In our absence the Pro will provide the service.

The Funday Sunday team are running a Meat Pack tournament on Sun 10th August as a Cure Kids fundraiser. They are seeking raffle prizes, so could you please rifle through all your stuff in "storage" and drop it into the office.

Enjoy tomorrow!

Barry
